REFUND POLICY
At Truss, our goal is to provide you with a convenient and enjoyable online shopping experience. We want you to feel the love that goes into each product that we send out the moment you receive your shipment.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Truss products, we will gladly accept your return as new, in its original packaging, within 30 days of your date of purchase, and will provide you with a full refund.
To begin your return, simply contact our Customer Care Specialists on our Contact us page.
Please have your order number and/or email ready so that one of our Customer Care Specialists can issue you a prepaid UPS return label which will be sent to you via email within one business day.
Upon receiving your prepaid UPS return label, please:
- Place your product in its original packaging.
- Secure the packaging and product inside.
- Affix the prepaid UPS label to the box.
- Drop the box off at any UPS location near you. If you cannot locate your nearest UPS drop location, please visit www.ups.com.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please go to out Contact Us page. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of your original purchase.
FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS
Final sale / Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDERS OVER $500
All orders over $500 can only be exhchanged but not returned.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your order and it is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care Specialists as soon as possible so that they may process your return and assist in sending out a replacement.
Trussprofessional.com will only accept returns for products purchased through our website. Products purchased through an authorized retailer, or another website, must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.
